Customer Experience Specialist

Founded in 1968 as a trading company for Scandinavian laboratory equipment, SKAN is now global market leader in the specialist area of isolator construction for aseptic applications. One of our core competencies is the manufacture of process isolators for pharmaceutical-aseptic production. Even the most complex customer requirements can be fulfilled thanks to the experts at our in-house laboratories who research innovative solutions for isolator technology. 



  • Define and lead a CX strategy 
  • Developing market analysis, user feedback and usability results
  • Creating and conducting a customer benefit analysis
  • Create concepts, decision papers and functional specifications 
  • Contribute to the creation of the development strategy
  • Project management and collaboration in the implementation
  • Creation of the basis for the target-group-oriented design of automated control systems
  • Integration of product-specific functions and definition of test specifications within the framework of standard & GMP-compliant qualification
  • Identification and development of potential for standardisation and optimisation  




  • Degree with a specialisation in marketing, communication or technical studies with further training as a CX Specialist (also entry-level)
  • Experience in collecting and interpreting customer experience information
  • Work experience preferably with a pharmaceutical background
  • Knowledge of MS Office and CX software
  • Knowledge of UI/UX tools an advantage
  • German and good English skills
