Electrical Planner Robotics

Founded in 1968 as a trading company for Scandinavian laboratory equipment, SKAN is now global market leader in the specialist area of isolator construction for aseptic applications. One of our core competencies is the manufacture of process isolators for pharmaceutical-aseptic production. Even the most complex customer requirements can be fulfilled thanks to the experts at our in-house laboratories who research innovative solutions for isolator technology. 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Creation of electrical and pneumatic diagrams as well as dispositions with EPLAN P8

  • Design, development and construction of electrical systems 

  • Design and calculation of drive systems and machine safety (SIL, PL) as well as robotics

  • Close cooperation with the automation engineers, project managers as well as the employees of the materials management and construction department

  • Joint responsibility for the functionality and feasibility of the plant system

  • Preparation of parts lists, cable lists and cabling documents for our systems

  • Preparation of tender documents

  • Acceptance of the control cabinets at our suppliers

  • Supervision and coordination of the installation work in our assembly hall

  • Participation in project meetings and reviews with the customer and the project team

     

Hardskills

 

  • Electrician EFZ with experience in building switch cabinets and at least 2 years of sound experience in EPLAN P8 or electrical planner EFZ with min. 5 years of sound professional experience (preferably with EPLAN P8)

  • Min. 2 years of experience in the field of drive technology/robotics and machine safety

  • Further training as electrical engineer (HF) / automation engineer (HF) advantageous

  • Confident handling of MS-Office and EDP systems (SAP advantageous)

  • German and good technical English skills
