Field Engineer

Founded in 1968 as a trading company for Scandinavian laboratory equipment, SKAN is now global market leader in the specialist area of isolator construction for aseptic applications. One of our core competencies is the manufacture of process isolators for pharmaceutical-aseptic production. Even the most complex customer requirements can be fulfilled thanks to the experts at our in-house laboratories who research innovative solutions for isolator technology. 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Activities within the scope of qualification as well as re-qualification of SKAN systems / products

  • Calibration and adjustment of sensors, which measure different physical quantities

  • Carrying out maintenance measures or customer service on SKAN systems and products

  • Trouble shooting on systems and components at our customers, in the pharmaceutical environment

  • Operational quality assurance measures and development of sustainable customer relationships

  • Sincere and clear communication with our worldwide customers

 

 

Hardskills

 

  • Basic technical training in the field of mechatronics or electrical engineering
  • Experience in a GMP environment or in the field of isolator technology desirable
  • German and English business fluent
