HR Specialist

Founded in 1968 as a trading company for Scandinavian laboratory equipment, SKAN is now global market leader in the specialist area of isolator construction for aseptic applications. One of our core competencies is the manufacture of process isolators for pharmaceutical-aseptic production. Even the most complex customer requirements can be fulfilled thanks to the experts at our in-house laboratories who research innovative solutions for isolator technology. 


Responsibilities
•    Candidate management and recruitment of different profiles and levels
•    Support of assigned areas/departments from A-Z
•    Close cooperation with the line
•    Direct support of employees in all phases of the employee cycle
•    Support of various employee events, introduction weeks, etc.
•    Independent management of HR projects
•    Actively shaping and continuously optimizing processes and structures within the HRM department

 

Hardskills
•    Completed training with federal "HR-Fachausweis" (mandatory)
•    At least 3 years of experience in holistic HR function including all operative processes
•    Solid experience in recruiting, ideally of technical profiles
•    Experience with SAP is an advantage
•    Business fluent in German and English
