Obsolescence Coordinator

Founded in 1968 as a trading company for Scandinavian laboratory equipment, SKAN is now global market leader in the specialist area of isolator construction for aseptic applications. One of our core competencies is the manufacture of process isolators for pharmaceutical-aseptic production. Even the most complex customer requirements can be fulfilled thanks to the experts at our in-house laboratories who research innovative solutions for isolator technology. 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Process responsibility to ensure the availability of the isolators
  • Single point of contact for obsolescence requests and announcements

  • Interdepartmental collaboration for technical analysis

  • Provide quotations and proactive customer service and support

  • Continuous change and adjustment in SKAN's IT systems (SAP and ProFile)

  • Close exchange and cooperation with the Life Cycle Engineering department

  • Support the Spare Parts Team

 

 

Hardskills

 

  • Technical/commercial degree in the field of mechanical engineering industry 
  • Very good knowledge in data analysis
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Professional experience in the services area desirable
  • Very good SAP knowledge
  • German and English business fluent
