Process Manager

Founded in 1968 as a trading company for Scandinavian laboratory equipment, SKAN is now global market leader in the specialist area of isolator construction for aseptic applications. One of our core competencies is the manufacture of process isolators for pharmaceutical-aseptic production. Even the most complex customer requirements can be fulfilled thanks to the experts at our in-house laboratories who research innovative solutions for isolator technology.

 

Responsibilities

  • Establishment of a production team including induction of new employees
  • Representative tasks in dealing with customers, authorities and internal stakeholders
  • Responsibility for continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and procedures
  • Continuously driving and improving the business area
  • Responsibility for the quality of the manufactured products

 

Hardskills

  • University or technical college degree in specialized field (chemistry, biology, pharmaceutical technology or engineering)
  • Several years of management experience
  • Solid experience in a GMP environment (ideally in sterile production)
  • Solid knowledge in the use of SAP and MS Office
  • Operational excellence (Lean Management and Six Sigma)
  • Fluent in German and English
