Project Engineer Automation and Process Controlsystems

Founded in 1968 as a trading company for Scandinavian laboratory equipment, SKAN is now global market leader in the specialist area of isolator construction for aseptic applications. One of our core competencies is the manufacture of process isolators for pharmaceutical-aseptic production. Even the most complex customer requirements can be fulfilled thanks to the experts at our in-house laboratories who research innovative solutions for isolator technology. 

 

We in the "Digital Projects" department are a highly motivated and innovative team, specialising in engineering for the automation of process plants. So if you appreciate a varied and at the same time complex challenge with a lot of personal responsibility, then you've come to the right place! 

Responsibilities

 

  • Recording and clarification of customer requirements
  • Concept development as well as layout and design of automation and process control systems
  • Layout and design of the necessary OT infrastructure (servers, networks)
  • Elaboration of customer-specific solutions and offers
  • Preparation of qualification documents and documentation
  • Installing server/client systems
  • Programming automation and process control systems
  • Carrying out system tests and start-ups
  • Assuming project manager functions with appropriate experience
  • Support and maintenance of the corresponding systems

     

Hardskills

 

  • Technical vocational training and diploma HF/FH
  • Sound experience in programming automation and process control systems
  • Experience in the OT area: networks, servers, as well as virtualisation with e.g. ESXi
  • Preferably experience in project management in the field of life science or chemistry
  • Good understanding of processes
  • Knowledge and experience in the area of GxP, CSV etc.
