Commissioning and Qualification Engineer (CusSol)

Founded in 1968 as a trading company for Scandinavian laboratory equipment, SKAN is now global market leader in the specialist area of isolator construction for aseptic applications. One of our core competencies is the manufacture of process isolators for pharmaceutical-aseptic production. Even the most complex customer requirements can be fulfilled thanks to the experts at our in-house laboratories who research innovative solutions for isolator technology. 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Commissioning support and qualification of the systems in-house and at the customer's site

  • Installation and functional tests of the components and the entire system

  • Calibration, adjustment of sensors and ventilation qualification

  • Creation of GMP compliant documentation

  • Basic knowledge in automation (e.g. Siemens, Allen Bradley...)

  • Trouble shooting

  • Minor mechanical repairs, leak detection on equipment and replacement of components

  • Carrying out plant-specific training at customer sites

  • Preparation of work-, expense- and other reports

 

Hardskills

 

  • Basic technical training in mechatronics or electrical engineering
  • Experience in a GMP environment or in the field of isolator technology desirable
  • German and English business fluent
